Stripe's Mexico City Delivery Center is seeking a motivated operations specialist to troubleshoot external user issues, analyze processes, and help scale our global support machinery. You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve product messaging and user experiences, while learning how Stripe supports millions of users daily.

• Minimum Requirements: You have a user-first mindset and are energized by solving difficult problems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Prior experience in customer service or internal and external user-facing operations.
• Organized self-starter with a passion for finding solutions to users' challenges.
• Process-oriented mindset and the ability to deliver.
• Enjoy working in an in-office environment with cross-team collaboration.
• Able to prioritize and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Humility and track record of working well across teams and with external partners.
• Willing to work a weekend shift pattern with 9-hour daytime shifts.
