Job summary

The successful candidate will handle inquiries about features, specifications, and repairs, leverage case management tools, and collaborate with the Sales Pursuit team as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting in a technical environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues (hardware and software) from internal/external contacts.
• Answer questions on features, specs, and repairs based on entitlement.
• Proactively assist customers to avoid issues.
• Evaluate installations or configurations and recommend resolutions.
• Document resolutions in the knowledge base.
