Hewlett Packard Enterprise is recruiting for an Onsite X86 Systems Support role based in Mexico City. You will provide Level 1 technical support for X86 servers, troubleshoot issues, apply patches and firmware updates, and coordinate software upgrades in collaboration with customer change management processes.

The ideal candidate has a 2+ year track record supporting server hardware and software, with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills and English proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting hardware and software for X86 servers in enterprise environments, preferably HPE ProLiant.
• Experience supporting Windows Server and Linux; networking concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills; English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 technical support for X86 server incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic system issues; escalate when needed.
• Apply patches, firmware updates, and coordinate software upgrades.
• Collaborate on incident follow-up and documentation.
• Register and manage hardware and software inventories.
• Monitor systems continuously.
• Participate in customer review meetings and drive service improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, product support, and account management.
• Share knowledge and best practices via internal knowledge bases.
