Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in Mexico City is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for a hybrid role requiring an average of 2 days per week in an HPE office. The team focuses on remote service, pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery for complex systems.

You will diagnose hardware and software issues across storage, servers, networking, and virtualization while providing clear case summaries and leveraging knowledge management resources.

Formación

• Degree in IT, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in relevant roles.
• Experience with storage, servers, networking and virtualization.
• English - Intermediate/advanced.
• Optional: Portuguese.
• Knowledge/experience with case management databases and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve technical issues (hardware and software) from internal or external businesses and end users via various channels.
• Respond to service, product, technical, and customer-relations questions on features, specifications, and repairs.
• Resolve problems via telephone and e-support.
• Document case summaries and add to Knowledge Management System (KMS).
• Proactively assist customers to reduce problem occurrence.
• Represent the company at customer locations or industry events as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales Pursuit team as required.
