Amazon is seeking an Area Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team at one of our operational sites in Merida, Yucatan. This onsite role requires rotating shifts, including weekends and overnights, with potential overtime during peak periods.

You will focus on safety, productivity, and process improvements while coordinating with other managers to standardize shift procedures. As a frontline leader, you’ll develop a people-focused leadership style, learn the tools and operations that drive

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/ or holidays.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyze and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity across shifts.
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while building a strong team culture.
• Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize work and customer service.
• Promote best practices and continuous process improvements across the team in health, safety, and productivity.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes.
