IT8, a leading engineering partner, is hiring an Operations Assistant for our Puebla on-site team. You will support the seamless functioning of the organization by coordinating operational and project-related activities, including records, travel, vehicle allocation, and invoicing.

We value strong organizational, planning, and communication skills. English and Spanish are required, with 2-3 years’ experience. Enjoy a dynamic environment with growth opportunities and a collaborative team culture.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in operations support or similar roles.
• Experience with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Fluent English and Spanish are required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update operational records and schedules for smooth workflow.
• Identify operational needs with Operations and Project teams to support project execution.
• Coordinate business travel, vehicle allocation, and housing arrangements.
• Resolve on-site issues affecting professionals to minimize disruption.
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm service availability and standards.
• Generate, monitor, and report invoices related to operations and budget control.
• Participate in monitoring and improving system processes and requirements.
