Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related IT discipline.
• No previous full-time experience required.
• Proficient written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Assist with daily IT operations, including incident, request, problem, and change management activities.
• Monitor and provide first-level support for infrastructure and platform environments.
• Participate in incident triage, escalation, and troubleshooting following documented procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and support issue resolution.
• Maintain technical procedures and knowledge base articles to improve first-level resolution.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement, standardization, monitoring, and automation.
• Support basic scripting, reporting, testing, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Complete technical training and apply new knowledge to day-to-day operations.
