Job summary

UL Solutions in Mexico City is seeking a Client Operations Specialist to coordinate client work orders, maintain records, support audits, and prepare quotations and communications. You will work with teams across Latin America and North America in a hybrid role based in Mexico City.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Excel/Word and comfortable communicating in English and Spanish, with a view to developing experience in client operations and auditing services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or related discipline.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and other standard business applications.

Join our team as a Client Operations Specialist , supporting our operations and clients across Latin America and North America.

In this role, you will help coordinate client work orders, maintain accurate records, support audit requests, prepare quotations and client communications, and assist with status reporting and other day-to-day operational activities. You will work closely with colleagues across different regions, including team members in Mexico and China, making this a great opportunity to gain experience in an international and collaborative environment.

We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with Excel, and confident communicating in both English and Spanish. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional or recent graduate interested in developing their experience in client operations, auditing and inspection-related services.

This is a hybrid position based in our Mexico City office.
