Eaton in Tijuana, Mexico, is seeking a Sr. HR Generalist who will provide HR expertise across recruitment, records, labor relations, and compensation initiatives under the supervision of the HR Supervisor.

Formación

• BS or BA in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Experience in labor relations and training.

Responsabilidades

• Administers HR programs and fully supports plant initiatives.
• Counsels leaders on employee relations and performance issues.
• Recruitment process for salaried and hourly staff.
• Collaborate on organizational capability analyses and development actions.
• Assist in records, statistics and reports in HR systems and processes.
• Coordinate end-to-end events, communications and training activities.
• Ensure legal compliance for training and skill tracking.
