Eaton’s Corporate division seeks a Senior Manager, Employee and Labor Relations for Mexico and the Dominican Republic. This role can be based in any main Eaton location with travel up to 25%.

Based in Mexico, near Querétaro, Mexico City, Juárez, or Tijuana, you will lead regional employee and labor relations strategy, partnering with business leaders, HR and Legal to drive compliant, productive workplaces and strategic initiatives across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in business, HR, law or related field.
• Master’s degree in business, law, HR, labor relations or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ER strategy across Mexico and the Dominican Republic.
• Partner with leaders, HR and Legal to ensure compliance and mitigate labor risks.
• Coach leaders on performance, discipline, investigations and complex employment matters.
