Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARSdivision is seeking a HR Supervisor for the Juarez plant. You will supervise and develop the HR team, support HR strategy execution, ensure policy compliance, and provide expert guidance on employee relations and HR programs.

You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR metrics, while driving employee engagement and development to meet business objectives. Bilingual English/Spanish is required for cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• +3 years experience in Human Resources.
• Conversational English skills (English/Spanish).
• Strong leadership, coaching & influence management skills.
• Superior knowledge of HR function and organizational effectiveness; US & Mexican labor law preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily HR team activities and ensure timely support to employees and managers.
• Lead, coach and develop HR team with clear responsibilities and expectations.
• Support HR Manager in implementing HR strategies aligned with plant objectives.
• Lead employee initiatives on communication, recognition, performance management and engagement.
• Guide managers and employees on HR policies and labor requirements; ensure compliance.
• Oversee employee relations and resolution of workplace concerns.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and integration to meet staffing needs.
• Monitor monthly/annual training plans including onboarding and leadership development.
• Track HR metrics (turnover, retention, attendance, vacancies, training) and implement corrective actions.
• Support talent management initiatives to attract and retain talent.
