ETAP is seeking a technically versatile OT Infrastructure Engineer to be the operational backbone of our Global Support group in Mexico City. This mid-level role sits at the intersection of IT and OT and focuses on building, managing, and operating a virtual lab that replicates customer and project systems.

You will own the lab, reproduce incidents, troubleshoot configuration issues, and support Global Support Engineers by providing replicated environments and documentation.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on IT/OT infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on experience with VMware or Hyper-V for building and managing virtual environments.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server administration, services, logs, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server or MongoDB: connecting, logs, queries, and basic diagnostics.
• Strong networking fundamentals: IPs, VLANs, subnets, and recreating topologies.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain a virtual lab environment using VMware or Hyper‑V that replicates customer and project configurations across ETAP portfolios (SCADA, PSMS, EMS, Digital Twin).
• Own the virtual lab, including VM templates, availability, version control, and capacity planning for reliable replication.
