GE Vernova is seeking an onsite IT Support professional for a 12-month project-based assignment at a manufacturing facility. You will handle PC/Mac support, imaging, deployments, and end-user readiness for shop floor and engineering teams.

You will also support software, peripherals, telephony, printers, and conference room tech, with emphasis on reliability, security, and timely incident response in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years onsite IT support in corporate or manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• PC/Mac support for shop floor and engineering users.
• Hardware deployment, imaging, and refresh.
• Software support including OS images and Office.
• Telephony and mobile device support.
• Printer, scanner, and barcode device troubleshooting.
• Conference room tech and AV equipment support.
• OT and manufacturing tech equipment support.
• Basic server, NAS, and network task assistance.
• Occasional non-business-hours support per schedule.
• Maintain customer service standards and problem resolution.
