NTT DATA is seeking a skilled professional to lead on-site integration of multi-vendor systems solutions, including hardware, software and networking products, as well as operating systems. The role covers on-site and/or remote installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of desktops, notebooks, printers and peripherals.

You will act as the client liaison on administrative and technical matters, interpret client needs and clarify whether problem resolution falls to sales,

Responsabilidades

• Interprets clients' needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, client support representatives or engineers.
• Serves as company liaison with client on administrative and technical matters.
