Sharp Brains Limited is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support across end-user computing, office IT infrastructure, asset management, and technology projects.

The role requires hands-on skills with Windows, macOS, Linux, and a range of peripherals, as well as the ability to work independently while coordinating with remote teams and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in onsite IT support or field/desktop support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Basic networking knowledge: LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, and access points.
• Experience with IT asset management, inventory control, and hardware lifecycle management.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams and vendors.
• Flexibility to work within a 24x7 support environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite end-user and technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and user issues; escalate when needed.
• Support LAN, Wi‑Fi, AV, conference rooms, and vendor coordination; assist with IT projects and office moves.
