Intuitive is seeking an Equipment Technician to support and improve manufacturing lines in a fully onsite capacity. You will operate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex automation across mechanical and electrical disciplines, aligning with production goals.

Responsibilities include first-response troubleshooting, safety adherence, 5S, and collaboration with Engineering to implement improvements and updates to equipment performance. Experience with PLC-based systems is a plus.

Formación

• Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• English proficiency: basic reading/writing/speaking (approx. 30%).
• Demonstrated mechanical and electronics aptitude required.
• Experience troubleshooting electronic/mechanical equipment.
• Blueprint reading and interpretation a must.
• Experience with mechanical/electronic measuring tools and equipment.
• Experience in installation, setup and operation of computers.

Responsabilidades

• Perform first-response troubleshooting to maximize line uptime.
• Optimize equipment for reliability and maintainability.
• Assist safety trainings and escalate safety issues as needed.
• Follow 5S methodology in work areas.
• Document equipment events in SAP as required.
• Support engineering in testing equipment updates and improvements.
• Assist with qualification activities (IQ/OQP/QP) when required.
• Train setup technicians as needed.
• Assemble new equipment and fixtures and replace faulty components.
