Corning Incorporated in Reynosa seeks an IT Technician to provide onsite technical support for desktop hardware, software, and networks. You will troubleshoot end-user issues and contribute to digital tool improvements across the site, including Power BI and SharePoint deployments.
Ideal candidates have a Computer Systems Engineering background, experience with Power BI dashboards, and familiarity with MES/ERP systems. Join a team focused on reliability and continuous improvement.
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field.
- Experience as a Computer Systems Engineer / entry-level IT support profile.
- Experience creating Power BI dashboards and installing computer devices.
Responsabilidades
- Provide onsite support for desktop computers and end-user issues.
- Install, configure, repair, and maintain hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity and support enterprise applications.
- Assist with system upgrades and support digital tools like Power BI, SharePoint, Excel macros.
