The role focuses on maintaining user accounts, troubleshooting in Microsoft 365, and handling tickets via Jira or ServiceNow. The position is strictly onsite with immediate responsibilities including hardware and software issue resolution and end-user assistance for international calls.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Fluent conversational English is mandatory for international technical phone calls.
• Active experience managing user accounts in Active Directory and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience using enterprise ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow and managing SLAs.
• Experience in onsite support for PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Willingness to work 100 percent onsite in Ramos Arizpe.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support to domestic and international end users.
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, connectivity, and configuration incidents.
• Attend, update, and document tickets using enterprise platforms.
• Coordinate with remote support teams via phone or chat in English.
