Job summary

Mobiz Inc is seeking a dependable Level 1 IT Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support at a client's production facility. This role bridges remote IT support and advanced engineering by resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues at the ground level.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience, is solution-driven, and enjoys face-to-face user support. The position is on-site in Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexico.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft endpoint management are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues for PCs and peripherals.
• Install and configure Windows/macOS and standard business apps.
• Set up and deploy new workstations and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity (wired and wireless).
• Maintain accurate asset records and support documentation.
