Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT Support, Service Desk or Help Desk roles, onsite in an office.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Level 1–2 onsite IT support for the Mexico City office, resolving software, hardware, access and connectivity issues.
• Handle identity and access operations, including password and MFA resets, account unlocks, and onboarding/offboarding checklists.
