Job summary

Incode, a leading identity solutions company, is seeking an IT Support Analyst for its Mexico City office. You will be the first IT contact, handling Level 1–2 issues across identity, laptops and collaboration tools, with onboarding/offboarding responsibilities and rigorous handoffs for Level 2 escalation.

You will work onsite to keep devices, licenses, and office tech functioning smoothly, supporting Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom and Notion, and ensuring a reliable in-person IT experience for

Qualifications

• First point of contact for IT in the CDMX office.
• Resolve Level 1–2 software, hardware, access and connectivity issues.
• Onboard/offboard checklists: ensure accounts, apps, and laptops are setup or retired.
• Support Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools; assist with Slack, Zoom and Notion.

Responsibilities

• Be the first IT contact in the Mexico City office for day-to-day issues.
• Resolve Level 1–2 issues on macOS and Windows and escalate to Level 2 when needed.
• Manage identity and access with Okta; onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain device inventory and ensure laptops are enrolled and compliant.
• Support Office tech like printers and networks, and assist with conferencing rooms.
