REDLEO SOFTWARE INC. in Campeche, Mexico, is seeking a skilled Onsite Deskside Support/Service Engineer to provide hands-on IT support for incidents, device management, and project rollout.

You will work with global teams, administer Windows and Mac OS, manage SCCM/Intune imaging and patches, and help ensure asset accuracy and office network reliability, with ITIL knowledge preferred.

Formación

• 3–5 years of onsite IT support experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite support for incidents and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with global support teams to resolve issues.
• Consult with local leaders to align IT support with business needs.

Windows & Mac OS administration

Laptop/desktop hardware

ServiceNow ticketing

SCCM & Intune

Antivirus deployment & endpoint

Basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi)

Conference room technology support

Asset management & inventory

Experience in global IT support

ITIL knowledge or certification (pref)
