NSC Global seeks a Desktop Support Engineer in Mexico to join our team immediately. You will provide on-site and remote technical service, install and configure hardware, and resolve issues in Apple/Mac OS and network environments.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience or an associate’s degree, strong problem solving, and customer service skills. You will manage service tickets and coordinate with vendors to deliver timely resolutions for executive-level users.

Formación

• Associate’s degree or 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience providing desk-side support for Apple/Mac OS and general hardware.
• Strong networking, VPN and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provides on-site and remote technical service support, installation, configuration and problem resolution in Apple/MAC/Network environments.
• Provides technical support to customers on operational aspects of system equipment and serves as customer contact for technical issues.
• Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and system failures using established procedures.
• Coordinates with third party vendors for repair activities.
