TE Connectivity is seeking an HR Services professional to manage LATAM onboarding and HR transactions, handling inquiries via phone and a case management system. You will maintain records and ensure timely responses in line with SLAs.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and collaboration with HRBP/COEs to resolve issues and drive process improvements within an onsite environment in Hermosillo.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent).
• Fluent level of English (Excellent oral and written communication).
• Proficient with MS Office, especially with Excel (Dynamic Tables).
• Familiarity with SharePoint or other Knowledge Management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Handle HR-related transactions and onboarding processes for LATAM TE employees.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and ticketing system; route as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and document inquiries in the case management system.
