TE Connectivity in Hermosillo, MX is hiring an onsite HR Services professional to support LATAM employees with HR policies, onboarding, benefits and case management. This role partners with global teams to ensure accurate records, timely responses and adherence to SLAs.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, demonstrates fluent English, strong communication, problem solving, and proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent).
• Fluent level of English (Excellent oral and written communication skills).
• Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences.
• Detail oriented and results driven.

Responsabilidades

• Manage LATAM TE employee hire process and related transactions.
• Handle queries via telephone and case management system.
• Maintain accurate records and route inquiries to appropriate parties.
• Ensure tickets and workflows meet SLA and escalate priorities.
• Collaborate with global HR Services teams on cross-regional activities.
• Develop and update procedures, scripts, FAQs, and job aids for consistency.
