Solutions 2 GO Inc. in Mexico City (Santa Fe) is seeking an HR Coordinator LATAM to join in a hybrid model.

You will support day-to-day HR operations across LATAM, maintain accurate employee records, and drive HR programs and processes for consistency and compliance. You will be the primary contact for HR policies, assist with payroll, onboarding, and recruitment, and help develop HR metrics and dashboards to support decision-making.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in HR coordination or similar role.
• Intermediate Excel skills required.
• Familiarity with HR ERP systems (SAP HCM, Dayforce).
• Strong communication and discretion with sensitive matters.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and processes.
• Support payroll data, new hires, terminations, absences, and bonuses.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding across LATAM ensuring compliance.
• Maintain HR records and HR systems with accuracy.

• Own recruitment process for LATAM and source candidates.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and maintain ATS.

We are looking to hire a HR Coordinator LATAM in Mexico City - Santa Fe in Hybrid model.

Description :

The HR Coordinator, LATAM plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function across the region. This position is responsible for coordinating a broad range of HR activities, maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems, supporting HR programs and initiatives, and ensuring the timely execution of administrative and operational processes.

As a primary point of contact for employees and managers, the HR Coordinator serves as a trusted liaison between the HR team and the business, ensuring clear communication and the efficient resolution of HR-related inquiries. The role also supports the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes to promote consistency, compliance, and operational excellence across LATAM.

Main Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and programs, ensuring timely and accurate support.
• Support payroll administration by preparing and validating employee data, including new hires, terminations, absences, compensation changes, bonuses, and other payroll-related transactions.
• Support the execution and continuous improvement of regional HR processes, ensuring consistency and compliance with local labor requirements across LATAM.
• Coordinate and execute onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience and completion of all required documentation.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation and employee records related to training, performance management, and other personnel activities.
• Generate HR metrics, dashboards, and analytical reports to support decision-making and monitor key HR activities.
• Support employee relations by assisting with workplace concerns, facilitating issue resolution, and maintaining confidentiality.
• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent across LATAM.
• Source candidates through multiple recruitment channels and maintain an accurate, up-to-date applicant tracking database.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of previous experience as an HR Coordinator, HRBP Jr or relevant Human Resources position
• Fast computer typing skills and Excel (intermediate level as minimum)
• Familiarity with resume databases and any HR ERP system (SAP HCM, Dayforce)
• Demonstrates professional maturity, sound judgment, and discretion when handling sensitive matters.

• Intermediate English level
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field

The successful candidate will receive a conditional offer which will be contingent upon a successful background clearance obtained through our contracted third-party vendor or similar.
