TE Connectivity in Hermosillo, Mexico seeks an IT Analyst I/IT Operations Analyst I to provide technical support, manage IT systems, and assist with projects. The role involves diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues, guiding users on standard applications, and maintaining IT documentation.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in IT, an Associate’s in Computer Technology, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Associates degree in Computer Technology.
• 1-2 years of work experience in IT related field.
• Fluent in written English; intermediate in oral English.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Support: Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems.
• User Assistance: Providing guidance and support to users on IT systems and Standard applications.
• System Maintenance: Assisting the network/server team ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Troubleshooting: Assisting in identifying and resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, and network.
• Installation and Configuration: Installing and configuring hardware and software components.
• Documentation: Documenting IT procedures and troubleshooting steps.
• Project Support: Assisting with IT projects, including research, analysis, and testing.
• Training: Providing training to users on new IT systems and Standard applications.
• Staying Up to Date: Keeping abreast of the latest IT trends and technologies.
• Compliance and Security: Comply and understand the standard TEIS Policy (TEC-06-88 Global Information Technology Policy).
• Asset management: Maintain IT asset inventory.

An IT Analyst I / IT Operations Analyst I, also known as an IT support analyst or service desk technician, primarily focuses on providing technical support to users and troubleshooting issues with hardware, software, and networks.
