TE Connectivity is hiring an HR Systems & Workforce Analyst I in Hermosillo, MX, to support HRIS operations, data reporting, and analytics across the global organization.

You will maintain HRIS procedures, generate routine reports, troubleshoot issues, and assist senior staff with data preparation and analysis in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with HRIS or HR analytics is a plus.
• Strong data gathering, reporting and troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support and maintain HRIS procedures and generate routine reports.
• Provide troubleshooting for HRIS functional issues and discrepancies.
• Deliver accurate, timely HR data reporting and analytics.
• Assist senior staff with data preparation, management, and analysis.

Job Overview

The HR Systems and Workforce Analytics teams manage TE's HR Technology. They build, implement and continuously improve global HR systems, data, reporting and analytics platform. They also develop custom reports to meet business requirements, monitor HR systems and analytics needs and provide technology and analytics solutions by designing new or modifying existing systems.

Job Requirement

• Supporting and maintaining of various HRIS procedures and prepares routine reports.
• Providing troubleshooting HRIS support for functional operational issues and discrepancies.
• Providing accurate, consistent and timely responses to routine Reporting, Analytics and HR Systems inquiries.
• Supporting senior team members with data preparation, management, and analysis.

Education/Experience:

COMPENSATION

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $xxx – xxx (subject to change dependent on physical location)
