Fever is seeking an Onsite Operations Team Lead to optimize event operations from planning through closure. You will lead a team onsite, coordinating across departments to ensure flawless execution, from setup to post-event reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations, or tech).
• Ability to speak Spanish and English fluently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate the operational plan for events, covering access control, staff allocation, cashless systems, kiosks, and more.
• Lead onsite execution, ensuring setup, live operations, and closure happen smoothly and to standards.
• Supervise the event closure process, including reconciliations, incident reporting, and improvement feedback.
• Ensure the team is aligned, motivated, and executing effectively under leadership.
