Job summary

Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a proactive Operations professional in Mexico City. You will manage back-office experiences, monitor daily operations, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless launches across markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in similar roles in product/operations for B2C/Marketplace platforms.
• High level English and Spanish required (bilingual).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling high-demand peaks.
• Strong problem-solving and quick-reaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Back Offices Management: create, configure, monitor, and maintain experiences across ticketing platforms.
• Operational Monitoring: daily checks of experiences for correct setup and performance.
• Cross-Team Coordination: work with PM, Product, QA, Marketing, Finance, and others to support launches.
• API Integrations Maintenance: oversee external partner API integratons and coordinate fixes.
• Team Alignment & Reporting: participate in weekly meetings to align priorities and report issues.
