Fever operates as a global leader in culture and live entertainment and seeks a Senior Global Logistics Leader to own end-to-end transport and international trade compliance. You will drive strategic sourcing decisions, coordinate with production, finance, legal, and tax teams, and manage a distributed logistics team across multiple regions.

Formación

• 5+ years leading global logistics, freight forwarding, or production transportation operations.
• Deep knowledge of international customs regulations, import/export compliance, HS codes, and ATA Carnets.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end transport & logistics management: own global operations from start to finish.
• Global trade & customs compliance: oversee import/export processes and customs compliance.
• Strategic sourcing vs. fabrication analysis: compare shipping costs vs. local fabrication options.
• Cross-functional production integration: align freight timelines with event setups with finance, legal, and tax teams.
• Team leadership & mentorship: lead a distributed team of logistics coordinators across regions.
• Vendor negotiation & 3PL management: manage freight forwarders and brokers, negotiate rates.
• KPIs, budget & SLA oversight: track on-time delivery and freight spend; optimize costs.
• Continuous process improvement: design standardized frameworks and training programs.
