Job summary

VENTES is seeking an Operations & Site Lead in Puebla City to scale and optimize business operations. You will drive strategic initiatives, define KPIs, and supervise teams across on-site and remote contexts to sustain rapid growth.

Strong background in operations, process improvement, and leadership in a tech-enabled environment is required. This role emphasizes tight coordination with leadership, KPI tracking, and development of efficient workflows to support multi-country operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience managing teams or small businesses with at least 10 employees.
• Preferably in start-up or ecommerce environment.
• Experience working with remote virtual teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define company objectives, set KPIs, and ensure follow-through on key initiatives.
• Lead efforts to optimize resources, support staffing decisions, and improve internal infrastructure for expansion.
• Develop and enhance systems, workflows, and processes that support scalable growth and operational efficiency.
• Manage on-site operational frameworks to ensure the company functions effectively.
• Oversee staff performance and coordinate with remote teams to align with goals.
