Fever is seeking a Marketplace Operations Regional Manager for the Americas to own the health, efficiency, and scalability of our marketplace across the region. You will lead a regional operations team and work cross-functionally with product, sales, and data teams to ensure smooth operations and partner success.

You will design SOPs, monitor key metrics, and translate operational needs into actionable product feedback while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in marketplace operations, platform operations, or related field (e-commerce/travel/entertainment preferred).
• Experience coordinating or leading a team, even informally.
• Strong process orientation; enjoys designing workflows and SOPs.
• Ability to translate operational reality into product feedback and understand product impact on ops.
• Analytical mindset; proficient with data to diagnose problems and measure impact.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a regional marketplace operations team across the Americas.
• Own end‑to‑end operational lifecycle of events on Fever’s platform.
• Design, document, and improve SOPs for marketplace workflows.
• Monitor SLA and error rate metrics; drive corrective actions.
• Build relationships with internal teams to align product ops with partner needs.
