Fever is seeking an Onsite Operations Team Lead to drive efficient event execution from planning to closure. You will lead a hands-on team, coordinate resources, and ensure operational standards are met across high-paced events.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in operations or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, and fluency in Spanish and English. Travel and fast growth are expected, with benefits including health insurance and 20 days leave.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience (consulting, operations or tech).
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-growing company.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and coordinate the operational plan for events, covering access control, staff allocation, and cashless systems.
• Lead onsite execution of setup, live operations, and closure to standards.
• Supervise the event closure process, including reconciliations and incident reporting.
• Keep the team aligned, motivated, and performing under your leadership.
