Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, seeks a senior logistics leader to own global transport and freight operations, ensuring on-time, cost-effective movement of assets for live productions.

The role requires 5+ years managing global logistics, customs, and cross-border shipments, with proven team leadership across regions. You will collaborate with production, finance, legal, and tax to optimize operations while driving strategic cost savings.

Formación

• 5+ years leading global logistics, freight forwarding, or production transportation in live events or high-volume shipping.
• Deep knowledge of international customs regulations and cross-border shipping.
• 3+ years leading logistics teams across multiple regions/time zones.
• Ability to analyze trade-offs and manage budgets, vendor quotes, and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end transport & logistics management across Fever’s events globally.
• Oversee global import/export, ATA Carnets, HS codes, and customs compliance.
• Evaluate total cost of ownership between international shipping and local fabrication.
• Coordinate with event production, finance, legal, and tax for timely logistics alignment.
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of logistics coordinators across regions.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with freight forwarders, brokers, and 3PLs.
• Monitor KPIs, budget variances, and SLA performance to drive cost optimization.
