Job summary

Future Cloud Technologies in Irapuato, Mexico, is seeking an End User Computing Support – Level 1 for a full-time onsite B2B freelance role. You will provide first-line technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and standard software, resolving simple issues and logging tickets.

The role requires at least 3 years in EUC/Desk­top Support, English and Spanish proficiency, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in End User Computing (EUC) / Desktop Support / Service Desk (Level 1).
• Proficient in Windows OS, Office 365, and common business apps.
• Basic AD, networking, printers, and mobile devices knowledge.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 EUC support via phone, email, chat, or desk-side assistance.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and standard software.
• Perform basic hardware/software tasks and user account management.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 and log tickets accurately.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and maintain ITIL-aligned processes.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base.
