A leading IT services company in Mexico City is looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience in supporting Microsoft systems and have a solid understanding of desktop applications and hardware. Responsibilities include maintaining hardware and software, analyzing system performance, and working with offshore teams. Formación

• 3 years experience supporting Microsoft systems in IT Infrastructure function.
• Good background supporting MS 365 suite.
• Must have knowledge of PC hardware architecture.
• Prior experience in Remote Desktop support.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provides expert judgment for desktop systems design and implementation.
• Analyzes requirements to meet system performance needs.
• Maintains and troubleshoots desktop hardware and software packages.
• Responsible for writing documentation of environments and enhancements.
• Assists with software upgrades and patches.
