Job summary

Future Cloud Technologies seeks an End User Computing Support – Level 1 on an onsite, full-time freelance B2B contract based in Irapuato, Mexico. The role focuses on first-line hardware, software, and IT issue resolution with a strong emphasis on customer service. Minimum 3 years in EUC/desktop support and solid troubleshooting in Windows, Office 365, and AD.

Must hold a valid visa and full-time work permit for Mexico with no sponsorship. The contract duration is 1 year, onsite at AV.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in End User Computing / Desktop Support / Service Desk (Level 1)
• Strong troubleshooting with Windows, Office 365, and common business apps
• Basic knowledge of AD, networking fundamentals, printers, and mobile devices
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
• Clear, customer-focused communication and ability to work independently or in a team

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 EUC support via phone, email, chat, or desk-side assistance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and standard software
• Perform basic hardware diagnostics and software installations/configurations
• Manage user accounts and onboarding/offboarding activities
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 promptly
• Log and manage tickets in the ITSM system
• Follow ITIL-aligned incident and request management processes
• Maintain documentation and contribute to the knowledge base
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
• Deliver professional and clear communication to end users
