Kutir-Technologies is seeking a dedicated On-Site IT Support Engineer (Level 1) to manage daily end-user IT support at our client’s facility across Mexico. This full-time, on-site role covers hardware troubleshooting, OS issues, and local infrastructure maintenance.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of Desktop Support or Helpdesk experience, strong customer service skills, and working proficiency in English for escalation reporting. Monday–Friday, standard hours.

Formación

• 1–3 years of hands-on Desktop Support or Helpdesk experience.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy.
• Professional English preferred for escalation reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
• Manage Active Directory / Microsoft 365 onboarding/offboarding.
• Perform hardware deployments, imaging, data migration, and workstation setup for new hires.
• Maintain local IT inventory and IT asset tracking.
• Document incidents and requests in ITSM with SLA adherence.
• Coordinate escalation with Level 2/3 and external vendors.
