Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an EUC Support Analyst based in Guadalajara to provide desktop and workstation support across our organization. You will manage tickets, troubleshoot devices, software, and networks, and ensure timely resolution for end users.

The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues. You will work with on-site, remote, and off-site teams to maintain reliable IT operations and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in corporate technical support in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, and Office 365 troubleshooting.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting and networking basics knowledge.
• Experience with Active Directory and software deployment systems.
• Ability to create internal compute documentation and training videos.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership over issues and drive to full resolution, including escalations.
• Communicate full resolutions to customers during incidents.
• Serve as escalation point for complex tickets and coordinate with teams.
• Plan and organize work, manage multiple projects, and meet SLAs.
• Provide an exceptional end-user experience and collaborate with the escalation team.
