Kutir Technologies seeks an On-Site IT Support Engineer (Level 1) to deliver prompt end-user support and hardware troubleshooting at client sites across Mexico. This full-time, on-site role covers daily operations and local IT maintenance.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in desktop support, strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 skills, and basic networking knowledge. English proficiency is preferred for escalation reporting.

Formación

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in desktop support/helpdesk Level 1.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Basics of networking: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN/Wi‑Fi.
• Experience with ticketing tools: ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and local network issues.
• Manage Active Directory/Microsoft 365 onboarding, offboarding, access requests.
• Deploy hardware, system imaging, data migration, and new-hire setups.
• Maintain local IT inventory and asset tracking.
• Document incidents and requests in the ITSM system per SLAs.
• Escalate to Level 2/3 and coordinate with vendors for complex issues.
