The End User Technology Analyst role at Apex Group is the onsite IT contact for our Mexico City office, handling desktop, phone, networking, and business applications. You will resolve onsite IT requests promptly, balancing technical skills with strong customer service.

The position reports to the Head of End User Technology and/or the EUT Team Lead. You will support a range of tasks from maintaining IT infrastructure to deploying equipment for new starters and ensuring smooth operation of

Formación

• 3 years of experience in computer-related support or an IT operations environment.
• Proficiency with MS 365 technologies (Intune, Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 365).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in documenting processes and improving SOPs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite IT support for the Mexico City office.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the office IT infrastructure.
• Support office technologies and EUC hardware onsite (laptops/desktops).
• Provide L2/L3 support to the Service Desk for end-user tech issues.
• Support Windows 365 infrastructure and endpoints.
• Support video conferencing and meeting-room solutions.
• Deploy IT equipment to new starters and collect equipment from leavers.
• Provide printer support and basic network tasks where needed.
• Collaborate with vendors and local office management on IT needs.
• Coordinate with Group IT for alignment and escalation.
