Stripe is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Mexico City to provide technical guidance during customer onboarding. You will lead workshops, manage light project tasks, and troubleshoot issues to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for Stripe’s clients.

The role requires strong API knowledge, SaaS experience, and excellent communication to collaborate with diverse teams. Office presence is valued, with a hybrid work model in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency—fluent in written and spoken.
• 2+ years of implementation consulting in API technologies or other complex technical environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs and experience with SaaS solutions.
• Comfortable discussing technical concepts and explaining Stripe's features and API architecture.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical guidance to users during onboarding.
• Deliver pre-built technical workshops and kickoff calls.
• Provide light-touch project management for ongoing Stripe implementations and ensure go-live dates stay on track.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of user interactions, issues and resolutions.
• Proactively propose improvements to onboarding processes.
• Guide on best practices, product features, and account setup for user success.
• Stay updated on Stripe products and updates.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
• Contribute to onboarding process documentation.
