Job summary

TransUnion based in Mexico is seeking an Analyst, HR Operations to support onboarding and HR administration, aligning regional processes with global standards. You will collaborate with local and global teams and report to the Senior Manager, People Operations.

This hybrid role requires two on-site days per week and involves managing end-to-end onboarding, pre-employment activities, and interactions with vendors while protecting confidentiality and complying with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in HR Operations, HR administration, or shared services.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Experience handling onboarding or pre-employment documentation and confidentiality.
• Experience collaborating with cross-country teams to resolve HR issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding activities from offer to start date with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage pre-employment tasks including background checks and documentation.
• Coordinate with recruiters, HR partners, and stakeholders to complete onboarding and lifecycle transactions.
• Serve as primary point of contact for new hires and address onboarding questions.
• Process HR transactions while safeguarding confidential data and maintaining records.
• Maintain SOPs, job aids, and knowledge articles for operational guidance.
