Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in HR, HR Administration, Shared Services, HRIS, or Payroll coordination.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills; strong data accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain employee information across HR systems (myHR, eDays and others).
• Prepare, consolidate and validate recurring and ad-hoc HR reports with data accuracy.
• Coordinate HR administrative processes across the employee lifecycle (hires, changes, leaves, transfers, terminations).
• Prepare and validate payroll input reports and standardized payroll formats; ensure timely submission.
• Maintain HR trackers, employee records, documentation, templates and files.
• Perform data quality checks and coordinate corrections across HR systems.
• Support HR Coordinator processes in line with procedures and controls.
• Document and maintain HR processes, procedures and SOPs for Mexico.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify and improve HR operations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll and regional/global teams on requirements and initiatives.
