Confidential Careers is seeking an HR generalist to support onboarding, employee engagement, and daily HR operations in Mexico. The role involves collaborating with management to train staff, analyze trends, and uphold company ethics and culture.

You will manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits for new hires while ensuring adherence to legal standards. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of HR experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to resolve conflicts

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in HR or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees.
• Assist management in conflict resolution.
• Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company.
• Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages.
