Royal Caribbean Group is seeking an Analyst, Human Resources Business Partner in Mexico City. The role is onsite Monday to Thursday with Fridays remote, offering hybrid work and exposure to regional HR initiatives across Latin America.

Formación

• 2–4 years of progressive experience in human resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in business; HR focus preferred.
• PHR certification is a plus.
• Ability to interpret laws and policies for others.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement HR strategies with regional leaders.
• Partner with regional business to support talent management and workforce planning.
• Oversee employee relations, engagement, and compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment, compensation, benefits, and onboarding.
• Support investigations and policy enforcement.
