Stripe is seeking an Onboarding Specialist for our Mexico City team. You will provide technical guidance to users during onboarding, deliver workshops, and help ensure a smooth implementation of Stripe solutions.

You will work with cross-functional teams to address questions and maintain thorough records, helping customers succeed with Stripe’s platform. The role emphasizes collaboration, problem solving, and customer success, with in-office expectations and ongoing learning about Stripe

Formación

Advanced English proficiency, fluent in written and spoken.
2+ years of implementation consulting in API technologies or other complex technical environments.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong technical understanding of APIs and experience with SaaS solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Proactively providing technical guidance during onboarding with Stripe.
Deliver pre-built technical workshops and kickoff calls.
Provide light touch project management for ongoing Stripe implementations and monitor go-live dates.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions for a smooth onboarding.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain accurate records of interactions.
