Job summary

Amazon is seeking an On the Road Shift Manager, Last Mile Operations in Guadalupe, Nuevo León to lead the delivery station's daily operations. You will supervise Process Assistants and DSPs, drive safety, service quality, and productivity while coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain high-performance standards.

The role requires flexible scheduling, strong people-management skills, and the ability to adapt to growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Review the operational forecast and determine productivity requirements for sort operation, manage a team group to meet all building's goals
• Support all safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for all associates and DSPs
• Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools
• Train and develop people
• Implement Continue Improvement Projects
• Build bonds between all stakeholders and peers
• Monitor and audit plans for DSPs including staffing, schedules, quality initiatives, and performance levels
• Promote best practice and continuous process improvements across your team in areas like health and safety and productivity
• Ensure there is on-the-road capacity for deliveries including during peak business times
• Help to pilot new service types on-site, such as electric vehicles and cargo bikes
• Carry out performance reviews with DSPs
