Amazon Mexico is seeking an Operations Manager to lead delivery station operations, drive metrics, and build a scalable team in Nuevo León. You will manage DSP relationships and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong people leadership, experience with performance management, and fluency in English and Spanish to coordinate with diverse stakeholders across the region.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Manage delivery of Amazon orders to customers with 24/7 operations.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with multiple Delivery Service Providers (DSPs).
• Drive operational goals and metrics for your Delivery Station and communicate vision to your team.
• Present operational metrics to the senior leadership team regularly.
• Hire and develop top talent and implement a talent plan (acquisition, performance, development, succession).
• Collaborate with Transport & Sortation, DSP Management, Finance, Loss Prevention, IT, HR, ACES and Engineering.
• Partner with the AMZL Delivery Station management team to establish quality standards.
• Lead process improvements and Lean initiatives; forecast performance and resolve problems.
• Improve the transportation network to deliver flexible, efficient products to customers.
• Ensure safety, building security and loss prevention procedures.
